Panelists emphasized that reduced bureaucracy directly contributes to a more competitive and innovation-friendly environment.
We underlined a key point: today’s citizens expect services in three clicks—from booking travel to banking or buying shares. Businesses are run by these same people, which means public services should be just as fast and user-friendly.
The conference reinforced the importance of citizen- and business-centered reforms in shaping a more efficient, transparent, and innovation-friendly public administration in the region.
