Elson Solutions successfully delivered a dynamic series of professional trainings for employees of JSC ESM at REK Bitola, focusing on essential soft skills for todayโs evolving energy sector.
The trainings addressed core competencies in communication, leadership, and governance, equipping participants with practical tools to navigate complex organizational challenges, strengthen decision-making processes, and enhance stakeholder engagement across the energy value chain.
Strengthening Capacities Through Strategic Partnerships
The training program was implemented in partnership with Finovate MK, combining applied methodologies with sector-specific insights tailored to the needs of energy professionals. Through this collaboration, Elson Solutions continues to support ESM in building resilient, forward-looking teams capable of managing transition, innovation, and institutional change.
Continuing the Upskilling Journey in Renewable Energy
Building on this momentum, our partner Macedonian Solar Energy Association (Solar Macedonia) will roll out specialized solar PV training in the coming period. This next phase will further strengthen technical competencies and support the workforce transition toward renewable energy and clean technologies.
Supported by International Partners
These trainings are made possible through the invaluable support of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Bloomberg Philanthropies. The initiative forms a key component of ESMโs comprehensive employee upskilling program, launched in June 2025, which aims to equip over 600 employees with new knowledge and skills aligned with a sustainable and resilient energy future.
Looking Ahead
Elson Solutions remains committed to supporting institutional capacity-building, workforce development, and the just energy transition in North Macedonia and the wider region.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all partners involved, and especially to the ESM professionals whose active engagement and openness made these trainings impactful and successful.
